  - Item(s) for return  
  - Reason for return  
- Refund Method: Original payment (excluding shipping). Store credit for sale items.  
- Non-Returnable: Underwear, swimwear, and final sale items.

Deep Essence does not offer garment repairs or alterations.

- We collect only necessary data (name, address, email) for orders.  
- We do not sell or share your information.  

7. Intellectual Property
- All designs, logos, and website content are owned by Deep Essence.
- Unauthorized use is prohibited.
